Post-Construction Cleaning

At SCCleaning, our dedicated crew excels in ensuring your construction area is not only ready for the next phase of development but also adheres to the highest safety standards.

1

Phase 1: Rough Cleaning

Initial cleaning phase after major construction work is completed but before final touches are applied

  • Removal of large debris, dust, and construction materials (wood, drywall scraps)
  • Sweeping and vacuuming of all floors to remove heavy dust and dirt
  • Wiping down of horizontal surfaces, including countertops, shelving, and windowsills
  • Dusting and wiping down interior windows, frames, and ledges
  • Cleaning light fixtures, HVAC vents, and other high-reach areas
  • Cleaning of restrooms (initial wipe-down of sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures)
2

Phase 2: Final Cleaning

Detailed cleaning phase to ensure the space is spotless and ready for operation

  • Deep cleaning and mopping of all floors (including tile, grout, and hardwood)
  • Full wipe-down and polishing of all surfaces (countertops, cabinets, tables)
  • Thorough cleaning of interior windows and glass doors to remove any streaks (inside and outside)
  • Cleaning and disinfecting of kitchen equipment, appliances, and sinks
  • Detailed cleaning of restrooms, including sanitizing toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, and replenishing supplies
  • Dusting and polishing of light fixtures, ceiling fans, and high-reach areas
  • Removal of any remaining dust or fingerprints from walls, doors, and door frames
  • Final check to ensure all areas are spotless and ready for health inspection

Phase 3: Touch-up Cleaning

The touch-up phase of post-construction cleaning is when our team carefully removes any lingering dust, smudges, fingerprints, or minor flaws. This step is necessary not only for anything that may have been overlooked during the final cleanup but also to address any new debris or marks caused by post-cleaning work, such as electrical or plumbing adjustments, ensuring a flawless finish.
