2. Services Provided

South Commercial Cleaning offers professional cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Our services include vacation rentals and post-construction cleaning. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 36 hours before the appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee of the total price.
  • South Commercial Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to the customer.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept ACH, Venmo, checks and direct transfers.

5. SMS Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from South Commercial Cleaning related to appointments, service updates, and company notifications.

  • You may opt out at any time by texting "STOP".
  • Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. However, in certain circumstances, we may share your data with trusted third parties to operate our business, deliver services, and comply with legal obligations.
